Depending on machinery model, input feedstock and required pellet diameter capacity may vary from 0,5 to 15t/h. The final product is wood pellets, animal feeding, filler and bedding, organic and mineral fertiliser etc.

OGM Pellet mills
Developed on the basis of the Soviet OGM-0,8 and OGM-1,5 with a number of design modifications. All main elements are of ALB Group production. Standard components and spare parts are of Russian and European origin. Feeder, conditioner and door is entirely stainless steel-made, this increases lifetime of machinery
ALB Pellet mills are know-how of ALB Group company. They are fundamentally different from OGM Pellet mills in their design (V-belt drive is used whilst OGM is constructed with reduction drive). V-belt drive allows pellet mill's parameters to be adjusted to a concrete type of recycled material thus achieving its maximum productivity and minimising its maintenance costs. Moreover ALB Pellet mills have more robust capacity scope (compared to OGM).

Wood cuttings and shavings, sawdust, straw and hay, sunflower husk, grass, wastepaper, various fibres, alfalfa, grain etc. - all these materials are suitable for pellet production. However it is crucial to remember that a pellet mill isn't the only one piece of equipment needed for production. Materials for animal feed
Pellet Mill OGM-1,5M-132
Customer's already had some equipment from another company installed. However the quality, capacity and provided service hasn't met their requirements .
To increase capacity customer's decided to additionally install Pellet mill ОGM-1,5М-132 purchased from ALB Group that can easily handle with 2000 kg/h. Commissioning works were completed in February, 2017 and now equipment reaches its claimed capacity.
Granulation line 1000 kg/h
We have completed the installation of a line with a capacity of 800-1000 kg / hour, the raw material for which is a very specific product - husks of millet with low humidity and high abrasiveness. Pre-commissioning works are underway, during which a matrix is selected and a unique humidification system is developed to reach the declared performance.
The composition of the line granulation: - BV-1 agitator - granulator OGM-1,5-90 - conveyors KLS-300-2 and KLS-300-6 - cooling column РКО-1000
Chemical Additive Granulation Line
Chemical company from Nizniy Novgorod needed a complete granulating line to be installed and launched in short terms. The client previously dealt with granulating of chemical materials and thus asked for the concrete die's parameters. In January, 2018 ALB Group initiated working process and in February installation was completed.
Production of equipment for processing wood waste into pellets for a client began in June 2018, and was delivered in September-October. The client independently installed the equipment, receiving necessary consultations from our specialists on a remote basis. Launching and start of production was carried out by ALB Group specialists.
